I’m Anne Parker, the founder of Haven & Co Boutique Rentals. With more than 30 years of experience in health, fitness, and coaching, I’ve always been passionate about helping people feel at home in their bodies, their communities, and their lives. That same passion for care and comfort inspired me to create Haven & Co—a collection of thoughtfully furnished homes designed to give guests a safe, stylish, and welcoming space during life’s transitions.
My journey into short- and mid-term rentals began after hosting my own properties and seeing how much it meant to travelers, business professionals, and families to have a place that felt personal, not just practical. I started Haven & Co because I believe temporary housing can—and should—feel like home. Each property is curated with warmth, functionality, and boutique-level detail so you can settle in quickly, feel supported, and focus on what matters most during your stay.
Mike Sullivan, CFO
Mike Sullivan, Haven & Co’s Chief Financial Strategist, brings over 25 years of experience in contract negotiation, financial management, and strategic operations. As a former NFL agent, Managing Director of Octagon’s football division, and Director of Football Administration for the Denver Broncos, Mike has overseen complex budgets, pioneered innovative contract structures, and earned a reputation as one of the most trusted voices in sports business. His expertise as both a Certified Public Accountant and attorney allows him to navigate the legal and financial details of Haven & Co with precision, ensuring our growth is both secure and sustainable.
When he’s not working on financial strategies, you’ll find Mike cheering on the San Francisco 49ers, Denver Broncos, and Golden State Warriors—or spending time with his two beloved Labradors, Willow and Bob Marley. His balance of sharp business acumen and down-to-earth love for family, sports, and dogs makes him an invaluable part of our leadership team.
