What's included in the monthly rate?
One simple rate covers the fully furnished residence, all utilities, premium WiFi and free parking. Kitchens are fully equipped, and every home includes in-unit laundry plus luxury linens and towels.
What's the minimum stay?
Thirty days, with flexible month-to-month terms after that. Select homes may accommodate shorter stays depending on availability.
Can my company be billed directly?
Yes. We work with approved corporate accounts and relocation management companies on direct billing. Reach out and we'll walk you through setup.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes. We regularly house families and individuals during covered losses and can coordinate with your adjuster or housing provider.
What if none of your residences is quite right?
Then we look further. We have partnered with more than thirty luxury furnished homes across Denver, and if the right one still isn't available, we will source and furnish a residence to your taste and lifestyle. Tell us what you're looking for and we'll begin there.
